Marine Resources Population Dynamics Workshop

The Marine Resources Population Dynamics Workshop is a weeklong workshop providing training about the dynamics of marine populations to undergraduate students. Population dynamics will be explored in the context of case studies, one involving harvested fish species and one involving sea turtles or marine mammals.

The workshop is designed for students who like math and receive A's in their math courses, and who also have a basic understanding of ecology. We encourage applications from students majoring in Biology, Conservation Biology, Ecology, Fisheries, Marine Biology, Natural Resource Management, Statistics, Wildlife Science and other related fields.

All expenses will be paid for those students selected; including travel, housing, supplies, etc.

Participating in the Undergraduate Workshop opens the door for students to participate in the Summer Program and potentially obtain an M.S. Graduate Assistantship, unique all expenses paid opportunities to learn more about marine resources population dynamics.
